His legal practice has focused mainly on handling general commercial transactions, overseeing public company compliance matters, leading mergers and acquisitions, managing due diligence processes, solving for IP protection, negotiating employment and executive compensation arrangements, and general handling of legal and business affairs faced by technology companies.
Gabe Homa
Gabe Homa is the Global Head of Investor Relations, responsible for all investor-facing activity across the platform. Since joining the firm in 2017, he has played a central role in expanding investor base and deepening relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional partners world
Gabe is a also member of OurCrowd’s management team and investment committee, contributing to firm-wide strategy and capital deployment decisions.
Guy Dassa
Guy is a highly accomplished professional with executive background in finance and operations, and with legal expertise. As a CPA, Lawyer, and MBA, he brings extensive international senior managerial experience and a proven track record in venture capital, including successfully leading a seed to unicorn “fund returner” investment. With expertise in deal sourcing, due diligence, and structuring investments, Guy consistently achieves high returns. He possesses a comprehensive understanding of the start-up ecosystem and has built strong networking and relationships with founders. Additionally, Guy has cross-cultural experience, having relocated to Europe and the Far East, further enhancing his global perspective and adaptability. With his diverse skill set and international experience, Guy is a valuable asset in the world of venture capital and start-ups.
Alon Partner
Or Alon has extensive experience in analyzing, modelling and structuring intricate debt financing, including complex financial covenants and structures, across a range of corporations – from small, venture-backed pre-revenue startups to mature, cashflow-positive companies. Or was a Vice President at Silicon Valley Bank in Tel Aviv where he cultivated and supported a $100 million portfolio of technology and innovation companies, responsible for underwriting, document negotiation, credit presentation, client relationship management, and facility maintenance. Previously, he was a junior associate in the Capital Markets team at GKH, a Tel Aviv law firm. He holds a BA in Business Administration and LLB in Law from Reichman University, Herzliya
